As the Founder and Managing Director of Hive, Jonny’s main passion is to make a positive difference to the people around him and he started the business with a simple mission; to be an organisation that people enjoy working for & customers like doing business with.

His extensive experience spans Relationship Management, Sales, Project Management and Strategy. During his 18+ years in the industry he successfully managed outcomes and delivered solutions for a range of clients, from Multinational Brands to Central Government.

As MD of Hive, Jonny is happy to get his hands dirty and lead by example. His primary focus is to continue to grow the business, whilst remaining true to our core morals and ethos.

Other than Sheffield? I've always felt at home and inspired by Amsterdam. So much to see and do, and a much better approach to life, sustainability and the environment than other cities.
