A background in psychology and an interest in human-computer interaction lead Francesca to exploring user needs for various tech startups and custom building websites for local businesses.

Her favourite parts of the UX process are 1) always being surprised by users' responses and 2) feeding this information back to the team, as this is where their creative juices really start flowing.

Francesca's favourite city in the world is...

Cardiff. It just ticks all the boxes for me. Right in the centre of the city is a beautiful green park with a river running through it, as well as Cardiff Castle and the sports stadium which brings an amazing atmosphere to the city on match days. Close by are the Brecon Beacons, the Gower and stunning Pembrokeshire. Cardiff will always have a piece of my heart!
